Based on experience, the time needed generally falls into two tiers outlined below, though each organisation will have unique requirements:

Tier 1 Ensures a safe environment where everyone can flourish. We will provide a HR audit of your organisation and provide an essential report of recommended next action for self management.

Tier 2 Provides a review of your existing HR documentation, processes and strategies plus an intermediate level report of current state and recommended next actions/steps.

Within these packages, we will review, discuss, and advise on the following areas, tailored to your needs.

    • Initial HR Audit to assess compliance and close any gaps.
    • Review & redraft of contracts of employment and where needed.
    • Provide documents and support for other HR documentation as required (e.g., offer letters, contract variations, etc.).
    • Provide the Client with updates relating to changes in employment legislation and advise on how to comply.
    • Support and advise on best practice in effective people management.
    • Advice on how to handle day-to-day people issues.

HR Consultancy: Flexible Professional Services

HR Tier 1

from £150 plus VAT per month

Value HR Support – HR Advice

Our value offering is based around ensuring our clients have a CIPD qualified professional to give advice when needed on all aspects of HR including people reviews, performance management, development and disciplinaries. 

What we do

  • Initial HR Audit to assess compliance gaps.
  • Support and advise on best practice in effective people management.
  • Advice on how to handle day-to-day people issues.

The aim is to build a deep knowledge and relationship with our clients whilst delivering a cost-effective service. These service(s) will be delivered via email and Phone support as required. We aim to answer emails within 24 hours and calls same day. You will have a named point of contact in our organisation to support you with your business HR needs.

Occasionally if clients require additional services or projects (for example directly managing a redundancy or grievance) this would be priced separately as a project or on an hourly rate.

from £300 plus VAT per month

Main Offering – Outsourced HR Support

We support management to compliantly and effectively manage their people. Our clients have a CIPD qualified professional to give advice when needed on all aspects of HR including people reviews, performance management, development and disciplinaries. In addition we will review, update and create your contracts, handbooks and continually update your policies to ensure your documentation is compliant.
