Wellbeing Consultancy Strategy

Empowering People & Culture

Our Aim

Our strategy is to deliver a multi-year wellbeing program tailored to your organisation’s specific needs, recognising that a “one size fits all” approach doesn’t apply to wellbeing.

We believe the individual is the most valuable asset in an organisation, and this must be reflected in all support and training activities.

Our team, composed of business psychologists, consultants, therapists, project managers, and facilitators, ensures organisational needs are met.

The elements of the strategy are designed based on our experience and are intended to be eventually maintained and managed internally by your organisation.

The Consultancy Cycle

We utilise a consultancy cycle to implement our strategy, consisting of Advise, Diagnose, Design, Implement, and Evaluate phases.

Advise Phase

In the Advise phase, we aim to better understand your organisation’s needs and risks.

We offer an unbiased, scientifically credible perspective on necessary changes to enhance your mental health strategy.

Areas of focus include:

  • Organisational structure
  • Policy review
  • Risk assessments
  • Occupational risks

Diagnose Phase

We use social scientific research methods to investigate and help you understand workplace wellbeing challenges.

Staff Readiness Survey

Surveys are a cost-effective way to create a clear picture of wellbeing needs, obtaining reliable results.

Purpose:

  • Identify organisational strengths and areas needing improvement
  • Enable staff to express their opinion

Measurable Baseline: Surveys provide a measurable baseline to analyse the impact of a wellbeing strategy.

Content: Questions determine attitudes towards mental health, confidence in skills, willingness to provide support, and help-seeking behaviours.

Demographics: Collect data on management, teams, locations, occupations, age, and gender to address higher-risk groups.

Impact: Results tailor necessary training and highlight immediate support and coaching interventions.

Staff Engagement Groups & Reviews

  • Staff Engagement Groups: Meetings with HR and relevant parties to gather data
  • Reviews: Analysis of staff turnover and sickness

Policy Development

We create a fully inclusive wellbeing strategy aligned with regulatory requirements and key legislation.

Integration: Combines with existing Health & Safety policies for a comprehensive strategy.

Safeguards: Policies protect employees and Mental Health First Aiders.

Content: Guidelines may include risk assessment, MHFAider ratios, confidentiality, and crisis response.

Risk Assessments: HSE-compliant risk assessments evaluate employee stress and other occupational risks.

Areas of interest: Office workers, lone workers, sales/client-facing employees, employees with access to lethal means, high-stress roles.
