Neurodiversity In The Workplace training
Understanding, embracing, and supporting neurodiversity is essential for businesses who truly value their employees.
Neurodiversity In The Workplace training equips you with the tools to recognise and unlock the potential of neurodiverse talent in your business.
What is neurodiversity?
Neurodiversity dismisses the idea that there is one “normal” type of brain or brain function. Neurodiversity means all of us.
It’s estimated that 1-in-7 people in the UK population is neurodivergent.
Neurodivergent is a term used to describe people who think differently to the majority. It’s often used concerning neurodevelopmental conditions including autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia and Tourette syndrome.
In the past these conditions were viewed as “problems” that needed fixing. Thankfully, progressive thinking means that we now focus on celebrating and supporting neurodiversity.
How does neurodiversity in the workplace concern you?
You’re probably working for or with someone who is neurodivergent, even if you don’t know it yet.
Neurodivergent people and their needs are often ignored at work. Or their behaviours are misunderstood. They often feel like outsiders in the office. Left behind.
We can help you change this narrative by enabling you to recognise, support, and benefit from the contributions of your neurodiverse employees.
We can help you build an inclusive workplace culture that improves the wellbeing of neurodiverse staff and enriches your entire organisation with varied perspectives and skills..
How can you achieve this inclusive working culture?
Quite simply – more understanding and support.
And the best way to achieve this is through specialist training that we provide. Training that’s tailored to your company, and tailored to unlocking the potential that lies within every neurodivergent individual.
By investing in our Neurodiversity In The Workplace training, you’re going above and beyond merely supporting neurodiverse colleagues. You’re creating a working culture where every individual’s potential is recognised and nurtured.
Don’t just meet inclusivity standards – exceed them. Foster a culture of inclusivity and respect that’s key to attracting and retaining top talent in a competitive job market.
