Based on experience, the time needed generally falls into three tiers outlined below, though each organisation will have unique requirements: 

Tier 1 – Wellbeing audit of your organisation and provide an essential report of recommended next action for self management 

Tier 2 – Review of your existing wellbeing/inclusion documentation, processes and strategies plus an intermediate level report of current state and recommended next actions/steps

Tier 3 – Support with Wellbeing and Inclusion strategy, documentation and  development

Within these packages, we will review, discuss, and advise on the following areas, tailored to your needs.

    • Compliance Audit: Detailed review of current compliance with Health & Safety and Wellbeing regulations.
    • Policy Development: Creation or updating of workplace policies to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
    • Data Analysis: Review of current internal data to highlight targeted support and initiatives.
    • Strategy Creation: Creation of a robust wellbeing strategy can cultivate a positive and thriving workplace with a defined wellbeing direction.
    • Training Programs: Implementation of Wellbeing strategy via training sessions for employees on Wellbeing and inclusion..
    • Stress Risk Assessment:  Multi department layered assessments to identify potential hazards and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Wellbeing and Inclusion Initiatives: Introduction of programs to support employee mental and physical wellbeing and inclusion.
    • Employee Engagement Surveys: Wellbeing and inclusion specific surveys to measure employee thoughts and engagement.
    • Environmental/Individual Assessment: Assessments of a workplace or an individual resulting in actionable points to support and nurture a team/individual. 
    • Peer Support: Individual support and group support such as MHFA/Wellbeing peer support groups.
    • Inclusion and Diversity Programs: Development of initiatives to promote a more inclusive and diverse workplace.

Wellbeing & Inclusion: Flexible Professional Services

Wellbeing & Inclusion Tier 1

Typically 1 - 2 days per annum as required

Tier 1 ensures a safe environment where everyone can flourish. We will provide a wellbeing audit of your organisation and provide an essential report of recommended next action for self management . 

Typically within the Essential Service the first port of call is the Essential Wellbeing Audit, however you may have a more specific need which can be discussed during a scoping meeting.

  • Essential Wellbeing/Inclusion Audit: Review of current wellbeing/inclusion practices and strategy in accordance with Health & Safety and Wellbeing regulations
  • Recommendations / next steps action plan
  • Email and virtual support meeting access during working hours within tier allotted hours
  • Access to Salusphere Global awareness day webinars including, Mental Health Awareness Week, World Mental Health Day and World Suicide Awareness Day

 

 

  • Access to Salusphere Global digital resources including Wellbeing Action Plans and support and advice handouts.

Based on our experience, this Essential Wellbeing Audit can be completed with 8 – 16 hours of Virtual Consultancy support spread across the year, divided into 30 minute sessions as needed. Any additional work can be discussed during our initial scoping meeting.

Wellbeing & Inclusion Tier 2

Typically 3 - 5 days per annum as required

We will provide a review of your existing wellbeing/inclusion documentation, processes and strategies plus an intermediate level report of current state and recommended next actions/steps – which can include:

  • Essential Wellbeing/Inclusion Audit: Review of current wellbeing/inclusion practices and strategy in accordance with Health & Safety and Wellbeing regulations
  • Recommendations / next steps action plan
  • Analysis of wellbeing/inclusion strategy or policies and action report
  • Wellbeing and inclusion awareness calendar and suggested activities, 3 internal awareness day webinars 
  • Email and virtual support meeting access during working hours within tier allotted hours

 

 

  • Access to Salusphere Global digital resources including Wellbeing Action Plans and support and advice handouts.

From our experience this takes a total of 3 – 5 days – combination of onsite and virtual.

Wellbeing & Inclusion Tier 3

Typically 8 - 10 days as required

  • Internal support with MHFAiders/Wellbeing support. This can be in the form of peer support, individual and group upskilling, recruitment and roles and responsibilities
  • Analysis of wellbeing/inclusion strategy or policies and action report. Support and guidance with current policies and strategies. We can support outcomes, strategy goals and advice on embedding a welling being/inclusion culture.
  • Review and analysis of current data with findings report. Our team of business psychologists can review current data to produce additional GAP analysis reports to support and shape your current strategy.
  • Stress Risk Assessment (SRA) audit and report. It is a legal requirement for companies to have an in date and reviewed SRA. We can review or support the creation of a corporate assessment but also create SRA for individual teams or employees.
  • Wellbeing and Inclusion Awareness Calendar and monthly webinars. Wellbeing awareness days can form part of a company’s Wellbeing and Inclusion Strategy. We will provide a calendar of awareness days to support this with suggestions of activities to undertake. Bitesize awareness training is being favoured by many organisations due to the flexibility and low impact on the day to day business. We will provide monthly recordable 30 min sessions for all the business on Wellbeing and Inclusion topics.

 

  • Email and virtual support meeting access during working hours within tier allotted hours. We believe that we are a partnership and work and personal life can cause impacts to our wellbeing. We are at hand to support the business and those within it with advice and support with situations that could arise.
  • Access to Salusphere Global digital resources including Wellbeing Action Plans and support and advice handouts.

From experience this full review and strategic planning process takes 8 – 10 days. Any further work can be discussed during our initial scoping meeting.
